In my practice I use sound, crystals, colour, and energy through my hands to bring about changes in energy flow at the subtle levels.  I may intuitively pick up information about your being that will help me focus on your physical, emotional, or spiritual needs.  You will be provided with a comfortable and safe space in which you can totally relax, a place in which the innate wisdom of your body, aided by energy from my hands, the crystals and sound, will welcome the opportunity to start healing any areas of dysfunction and disharmony.

Sessions cost £30 and last about an hour.  The first appointment may be a little longer because we will have a chat in order to establish our working relationship and to build up a rapport before we start our work together.
